Principal

Justin is the President of H3 Hospitality, and, along with Seth Gadinsky, oversees all aspects of the company’s brokerage, development and consulting services.  Justin has represented both tenant/operators and property owners on numerous food and beverage and specialty retail leases, as well as consulted hotel owner/operators on strategies for the use of their public space.  Justin specializes in the negotiation of complex food and beverage and specialty retail deal structures, and has represented local, national and international operators on their expansion throughout South Florida and the US, employing 20 years of lease negotiation and development experience.

 Justin entered the commercial real estate business in Chicago in 1995 shortly after graduating from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.  After 8 years as a commercial broker in Chicago, first with Inland Real Estate Sales then as the principal of Urban Equities, LLC, Justin helped form Interra Development Partners in 2003, a retail development firm capitalized by Prudential Real Estate Investors, and soon thereafter relocated to Miami Beach to oversee the company’s Florida projects.  Justin joined Gadinsky Real Estate, H3’s sister company, in 2008, and has since worked with Seth Gadinsky to expand the company’s development, investment and brokerage efforts.  In 2012 Justin and Seth formed H3 Hospitality to service the real estate needs of the local hospitality and food and beverage industries; H3 has since grown into a national platform and assisted an array of local, national and international food and beverage operators, as well as provided leasing and development consulting services to commercial property owners and hotel owners throughout the US.  

 

SETH GADINSKY

Principal

Seth entered the real estate business upon graduation with a Masters degree in Civil Engineering from M.I.T. in 1983. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Tufts University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. Over the past 37 years he has developed, leased and operated shopping centers, large and small, and many single tenant projects for clients such as Walgreens and Starbuck’s. He has also represented tenants in their expansion and consulted with owners to help bring retail projects to life on their property. He is a partner in Dassett, Ltd. which recently completed the Indigo Hotel in Winston Salem and is building hotels in Charlotte, NC and Alpharetta, Ga. Seth is a managing partner in Vintage Real Estate Investment Fund and H3 Hospitality. In addition he has served as the Florida Board Chair for the Anti-Defamation League and currently chairs the The Mayor’s Blue Ribbon Panel to improve quality of life and business on Arthur Godfrey Road on Miami Beach.
